Si pero la casa un desastre al llover entra agua por la puerta principal armarios rotos baldosas callendo sl suelo sofa manchada rota paredes manchadas todo descudado sucio

Pienso que con unos vidios i fotos denunciar al sitio adecuado seria lo suyo porque gente se gasta sus ahorros para pasar bien las vacaciones al final de decepcionas i tienes un gran disgusto

Excesivo, precio para poca calidad en un alojamiento que podría ofrecer mucho más.
Mala experiencia, el alojamiento no solo no tiene aire acondicionado, cuestión que ya se indica, sino que tampoco tiene ventiladores, cuando aprieta el calor, el alojamiento alcanza más de 40°, es insoportable. No tiene nada para contener el calor, ni toldo, ventiladores, de techo, etc. se aceptan mascotas pero el lugar no está preparado para perros, por ejemplo. Es decir no es una villa privada. Es una parcela en un recinto comunitario con 18 casas, todas las parcelas están Valladas excepto la que alquila renta el mar y por tanto, el Animal debe permanecer atado o controlado continuamente, porque al no estar vallado el recinto se escapa, eso sí, pagas un suplemento por llevarlo. utensilios de cocina no se han repuesto durante muchos años, escasos, deteriorados, mobiliario, en muy mal estado, armarios, camas, lavabos, etc, lámpara, sin bombilla, es decir, relación calidad, precio mala. El trato de la inmobiliaria que lo gestiona, renta al mar, muy desagradable con el cliente, sin ánimo de buscar soluciones, solo enfocado al negocio y ganar dinero. Las zonas comunitarias muy bonitas y agradables, y contrastan claramente con el deterioro y estado del alojamiento.
