The location of the hotel was perfect and easy to get to the main attractions in Baku. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Their breakfast was a great touch and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay great. Ollie, the Hotel kitten, made the trip perfect. She would spend time with us whenever we would eat and she even spent a night in our room cuddling with us. Best trip ever!

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked without any problem. Overall vibe of the hotel made my stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The location is excellent, very close to the entrance of the Old City, making it convenient for tourists to explore the area. The breakfast was basic but good enough, and the room was simple, decent, and clean. It also had a refrigerator, which was a useful addition. Overall, a good option for travelers looking for a convenient location and basic, comfortable accommodation.
I believe the hotel should offer a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival and provide free drinking water in the rooms. Since vehicles are not allowed inside the Old City, guests have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. The walk can be tiring, especially because some routes are steep and uphill.
After such a tiring journey, offering a welcome drink and complimentary water would be a thoughtful gesture and would make guests feel more comfortable and welcomed.

The only good thing here is the location, just perfect. You can have a pretty good breakfast from 8 to 10 am with a nice view.
Unfortunately I wouldnt recommend to stay here. First of all, you can’t pay card, only cash. Photos are not real, rooms are old and with a mold in the shower. The beddings were worn out, full of holes and hair…. I had to change a room at night because of all these issues…. Thankfully they changes it.
