- 3 cats and 1 (or maybe more) turtle
- 24h/ppl
- wide room + AC + towels + soap
- calm (we were at one end of the building)
- enough toilets and showers for all the floor, hair dryers availables
- 50 meters from 7 eleven
- outdoor shared spaces are pretty
- bad wall isolation, we felt the hot of the wall even without touching it, so forced to put AC all the time we were on the room
- bad phonic isolation, we heard everything from outside (windows); we didn’t hear neighbors because we slept at one end of the building
- the view from the balcony was non existent (gray wall of the next building)
- toilets are really narrow and inconfortable, so hot also even with fan, always wet on the floor (more because of guests …)
- the locks (some of bathroom, the one of the bedroom) was pretty bad
- bathrooms already dirty on the morning because of the people and not because of the staff
- the bed is like rock but finally not that uncomfortable
- bit far from interesting things of Bangkok

Nice outdoor seating area, free washing machines( no machine dryers but each room has a clothes drying rack), very safe because of the doorman. Kitchen had boiling water, sink and dish drying rack, free ice cobe dispenser and a fridge(there was also a fridge on every floor of the accommodation). Very clean in general.

I've stayed here a few times. It can't be beaten for the price. You will not get full on the breakfast, but you're in Bangkok. The bathroom is down the hall, but there is never a wait for the facilities. Free laundry is a major bonus in my book (enough machines so that something is always available). The rooms have a bed, desk, and a small balcony where you can hang laundry.
