the litter and mess outside the building. could really do with cleaning it up as it makes the place seem dirty

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, great location, afforable, option for late check-out, comfortable and clean space
The walls are very thin, so bring earplugs. We can hear people walking in the hallway.

Front staff super friendly
The place needs a SERIOUS renovation. Firstly, the floors were so dirty they made my socks black. The skirting was falling off. Scrapes on all the walls. Bathrooms so aged and dirty, showers so small you could barely lift your arms to shampoo your hair. The appt next to us played their banging music til 3am each night so barely got any sleep walls so thin. Paid £1k for 2 nights, and nowhere near as worth the money. Only good point was location.
