Good price for 2 nights, quiet location, and walking distance to a shopping mall and the Dome. Also had something delivered via Uber eats and the driver was able to come up to my room w/o any issues.
It's a business hotel, so rooms will be a bit small, especially if you're solo and have luggage, however it's doable.

"Good location, 5 mins away from Ohori Park by foot and less than 15 mins from Hakata Station. The room was bigger than we expected"
