We’d booked a 4bhk villa for our team outing. The villa was excellent and spacious. The facilities in the resort were good. It had a good breakfast spread, and we also had evening snacks. The location was also easy to find.
Not a big problem but the evening snacks we ordered were cold and not heated properly. We had ordered sandwiches. Also, the room alotted to us was after 30-40 mins of waiting. This can be improved. Again, it was not a big problem for us and we understand that guests check out late and it can take time. Just a feedback

Room sizes are big
No coffee, we asked for americano and they gave us instant coffee in hot water and charged us exorbitantly for that. The bath towels are grey and worn out, too overpriced for what you get.

Location and greenery
The rooms are very average, the washroom is very basic and there was blockage in the washbasin.

"The hotel is surrounded by lush gardens, the boulevard leading up to the hotel ushering in a change from the bustling noisy town. The property is very tranquil with the beautiful sound of birdsong. ..."
