The facility is beautiful and the staff truly exceptional!
There was nothing we didn’t like.

A very lovely hotel, located slightly outside the city. A very quiet and spacious property.
Officially a 5-star hotel, but not during our stay.
The room clearly hadn’t been checked beforehand! There were defects, including a missing toilet paper holder, and the bathroom couldn’t be heated because the heater was broken. At 11 p.m., we were offered the option to change rooms, but we declined since we were departing early the next morning.

Food was excellent…
Room we were in was very noisy, no chance of a sleep in after a long drive to get there.
Nothing worth the £225 per night, and nothing offered to us as a way of apology.
