Room was comfortable and hotel staff were brilliant. We had dinner and breakfast, both meals were good. View from room was good and looked across Loch Linnhe. Would definitely book again.
All good no complaints at all.

It was comfortable! The bed was a double (full). Masters was comfortable. Blankets were warm!
Needed additional outlets for us to plug things in

Excellent views from the bedroom window and the bar and waiting staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is tired and needs a good revamp/update. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had no heating. We were provided a small and inadequate oil filled radiator which did very little to lift the overall room temperature. The hotel receptionist on the Saturday evening was very apologetic and tried to call maintenance to no avail. She did however offer to waiver the £20 dog room charge for our 2 night stay as a gesture of goodwill. However, when we came to checkout the charge was still requested which we declined to pay after explaining what we had been offered on the Saturday evening. The bar food was very good and this could be a really nice hotel but it does require modernization.
