I like mainly the “Family oriented, Team Spirit” present in its Atmosphere!

Atendimento dos funcionários.
Pessoas que dormiram na minha cama, na minha ausência.

The staff I met were nice. Breakfast was good.
I arrived at 11pm to find another two people waiting for someone to check them in. No one showed up or answered the phone. The other staff member who arrived at 11:56pm checked us in.
It was late and we were tired and no one to let us in, very disrespectful.
The room was small, no plugs near the bed. The light only works with one of the guests card, meaning you can't leave your phone charging if no one is in the room. The mattress was uncomfortable.
