How conveniently it was located and how accommodating and professional and warming the staff was.
I guess I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, but I guess room service was closed most of the time it didn’t stay open 24 hours but that wasn’t on them. I don’t think many hotels now have where their room service they open 24 hours. I also would like to add that not having any shuttles to the airport should be a more definite Marriott situation.

The property was located strategically in the heart of the city within WTC and offered easy access to the city. The room was spacious and staff was friendly. There was EV charging facility also which I could make use of.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Abdullah from the Front Office for his outstanding service. He was always smiling, welcoming, attentive to detail, and very helpful throughout our stay. He truly made a positive impression on us and is definitely someone who represents great hospitality.
I would also like to thank the Egyptian gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot. He was very welcoming and always greeted us warmly whenever he saw us, including during breakfast. His friendly attitude was greatly appreciated.
our experience with the breakfast buffet service was disappointing. The staff member who welcomed us and showed us to our table was very good, but unfortunately, the service from the staff responsible for clearing tables and setting the cutlery was poor.
During our breakfast, no one came to check on us, asked if we needed anything, or offered any assistance. What made the experience more disappointing was seeing guests who arrived after us receiving much more attentive service, with staff frequently checking on them and assisting them, while we were largely overlooked.
