The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I felt really welcomed and comfortable. I was given a room with an amazing view of the mountain and my bed was really comfortable. Very clean and comfortable place. Everything from the sheets to the breakfast was fresh. The breakfast was really good and abundant of choices. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
Everything was amazing but if I could suggest one thing, it would be to have a mini fridge in the room. There is a grocery store across the street so it would've been nice to store some fresh food in a fridge.

Fantastic location. Close to the bus stop, with excellent bus network and free South Tyrol travel pass. We could walk to the Col Raiser cable car. Gorgeous mountain views. Caterina was so friendly and helpful... buying in soya milk and yoghurts for our vegan breakfast. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we loved our stay.
We would have liked a second chair in the bedroom.

Lots of options for breakfast. Comfy beds and great hot water.
Room was small and a bit outdated
