The view from the balcony was stunning. A few palm trees and a beautiful beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was wonderful. Everything was clean.
Great location. Right on the beach. Design of the reception area and pool was exceptional. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff at the hotel were very helpful.

The pool, the view, the cocktails, the beds, the massages. All amazing!
Possibly the aircon was quite loud but that also meant it was nice and cool!

We liked the location, the service was great, staff were friendly, massages were amazing. The food was really good. Great value for money. The pool is lovely.
They could maintain the beach area a bit better for evenings
I would also suggest not allowing guests to smoke in the balcony of rooms as the smoke travels and upsets guests who dont like the smoke smell.

Kai Bae village
Balconies and corridors show decay and are in dire need for renovation. Breakfast was average Nescafe isn't suitable for a hotel that claims to be one of the best in the area.
