Great location well priced

Quiet room. Comfy bed. Sofa good. Good amenities. Close to shopping centre, coffee shops and restaurants. Efficient air conditioning. Good storage for longer stay. Overall very good.
A bit dated. Could have been cleaner especially in the bathroom where bath needed a good clean and mould in basin drain entry. A grab rail on entry side to bath would have been good for safety.
Streaming services on TV would have been good but not necessary.

Fantastic location
Very tired building in desperate need of some attention. The balcony was unusable due to apparent it being structurally unsound so the door was locked to the balcony. The underground park says that it is a 2 m maximum however, there were beams that sat lower than 2 m and scraped my car.
