The staff were very courteous and the breakfast from the kitchen staff exceptional. Shout out to tye lady that served us in the kitchen!
You could hear noise or sound from doors and conversations but I guess it's an old property so this could be the reason.

Nice room, I had 2 rooms. King-size bed and double bed. Separate rooms very private. Lovely staff at the reception. Big thanks to the cooks who provided me with a meal as I had to check out early. Lovely curry chicken meal.

The staff. The day and night security guards were very helpful, very polite and very professional. The ladies at the front desk very professional, very respectful, always with a smile. The ladies that provided our breakfast very nice, very pleasant. I got my ackee and saltfish every morning. The ladies that cleaned the rooms did an excellent job. The area was very quiet, the building was very peaceful.
Climbing those stairs. I tripped twice.😪🤣. I really cannot think of anything negative to say about this place.

The breakfast was very good, the room was fair and the staff were friendly. For a one night stay it was a good location but I found the accommodation quite basic
I had arranged a transfer from the airport to the hotel but no one turned up at the airport to pick me up which was a bad start and when I was leaving I arranged a ride for 1pm and the hotel booked it for 12 o'clock and when the driver came he didn't want to come back so I had top wait around at the Knutsford bus station for longer than I wanted to.

"The hotel was quiet and clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. The shower was very good. A member of staff also went out and bought a hairdryer as mine wasn’t working. So impressed!"
