Rice restaurant
Staff very friendly and food excellent
Nina guest services helpful indeed
Road noise
Patong Beach itself was awful maybe I’m not the correct client base full of hustlers massage parlours and girly bars

Beautiful boutique style resort. Great location especially if you want some calm after the noisy patong area. Kids friendly, my children loved swimming every morning before we got busy with activities. Room sizes are big and spacious.
The breakfast can be improved, live egg station would be better than ordering all different types of eggs especially when a family of 10 are ordering.

It was absolutely beautiful the room was very spacious the staff were amazing and we really enjoyed the food!
We had to get taxis a lot as no shops near by but wouldn’t put us off returning to this lovely hotel

Pool were great and clean!
Breakfast was alot of food!
Rooms were massive
- Rooms smelled mouldy and very uncomfortable to sleep with the smell
- Some staff weren't very friendly
- A bit far and up a hill from the beach
- room is very dark... Not many lights
