Fantastic breakfast buffet, amazing staff - consistently friendly and helpful with a drive to make things as frictionless as possible for guests. 15/10, would stay here again.
To be honest, this was a small blip in what was otherwise an outstanding trip all around: The fitness centre looked like it was designed by someone who doesn't like working out (e.g. lack of attachments for the single functional cable trainer in there; weights only went up to 20kg dumbbells; no cleaning sprays to wipe down flat benches). The punching bag was a nice touch though.

Very good service, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms
