Pros:
• Very good location.
• The accommodation management team was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Whenever any issues arose, they addressed them promptly and provided excellent support, which we greatly appreciated.
Cons:
• There were someone else's hairs in the shower.
• The shower fixture that held the shower head was broken.
• The shower head was old, and the water pressure was weak.
• The towel hook had come loose and fallen off the wall, leaving our towels on the floor.
• There was noise from the upstairs neighbours in the mornings.
• The kitchen sink drained very slowly, and water remained in the sink for a long time.
• The kitchenware was quite old and worn.
• There were no windows, which made the accommodation feel rather depressing.
