The location is so central. The breakfast was fabulous. So much choice. The staff were all so friendly from when we landed until we left. The bed was comfortable. The pool was great too. All the kids had a great time.
Could be better air conditioning in our room however the rest of the family party had excellent AC.

The whole stay was great and vert few complaints.
The food could be better. However, that is the only downside worth mentioning

Lovely swimming pool and good breakfast. Walking distance to beach. Small but useful gym.
Aircon in apartment too old and loud, cockroaches in apartment, area bit dodgy and night (clubs, partying), they only clean the apartment every three days (!). Cleaning staff lovely and kind though. No sponge or detergent for the sink in the apartment. We were told someone would come and look at the A/C but nobody did. When we gave constructive feedback to guest relations manager he reacted defensively even when we clarified it wasn’t a complaint, just feedback. Only then did we find out we were supposed to pick up sponge and detergent for free from hotel shop (nobody had informed us). They did give us a courtesy late checkout to make up for the shortcomings though so that’s something.
