What a lovely place with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was fantastic - not far from the city centre, but a little quieter. The cleaning staff were very accommodating when it came to doing my room - they worked around me and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were also very helpful with recommendations and did whatever they could to make me feel comfortable.
The pillows weren't to my taste and neither was the sheet instead of a duvet, but that's just my preference. I don't have any complaints.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Best of our whole trip.
Lovely staff, great room, good security.
Really enjoyed our stay.
So pretty people kept trying to wander in because they thought it was an attraction.
Nothing. It was a great hotel.

Everything was perfect! Communication was clear from the beginning, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay as well. They made it feel like a home away from home. Location was brilliant for walking around Rethymno Old Town.
