We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is great, close to the beach, and the staff were all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone did their best to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The food was good overall, although there is still some room for improvement, especially in terms of variety.
A special thank you to Mr. Haitham, the Assistant Reception Manager, for his warm welcome and kindness. He kindly allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled and continue using the hotel facilities even after check-out, at no extra charge. This was such a thoughtful gesture and allowed us to enjoy our holiday a little longer without feeling rushed. We really appreciated his flexibility and excellent hospitality!
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, and the friendly staff really make a difference. We had a great experience and would like to thank the whole team for making our stay enjoyable. 😊
