The hotel is located on top of the biggest mall I've probably ever seen. That mall has a snow sliding center and ice-rink, sciene museums, arcade games, it's incredibly big.
We didn't have time to try the breakfast or dinner options within the hotel, but at least one order to the room was done super timely and nicely and the server was very kind.
The gym was super complete with a lot of machine options.
Overall the hotel/room furniture is a bit dated, like at least 20 years old. It's all super clean, but you can tell that everything is a bit old, and maybe the style is not my thing. For the room level, I would have appreciated some courtesy amenities in the room, like some snack or drink for free. We were given 2 bottles of water every morning, which is nice, but everything in the minibar was very expensive. There was a discount for some spa/massage service, but it was also outrageously expensive, like €300 for 1 hour of massages (up to 2800 yuen!), so the discount didn't help that much. For reference, in the city center we had some amazing massages for €30 for 40 minutes, so that is the real market price.

Nice place
Very moody, angry staff CUSTOMER SERVICE very bad communication between staff is very bad accused us of not paying for breakfast and then refused to give us breakfast later on found out our room comes in breakfast included was embarrassing would not go there again.

The swimming pool was very clean and nice.
The buffet breakfast was very disappointing.
The chee cheong fun was hard and stiff.
Some service staff did not button up their sleeves, thus, it touch and soak into my porriage and other food on my table when they were clearing used plates on my table. Poor attire turnout.
Another problem is a certain cook on duty at the omelette section, don't even understand what is omelette.
I actually have to use sign language.
