Great location, the room was large and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Plenty of on site parking. Easy check in and the staff were friendly.
I can't think of anything negative.

Having stayed at this hotel on many occasions it always delivers on location, comfort, friendliness, food and value for money. Also being located close to the park and lake adds to the stay.
The only small thing was the toilet seat wouldn't stay up.

Lovely clean spacious room with large bathroom, Room 4, with stunning view over the lake. Excellent location. Breakfast was tasty. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
Nothing not to like.

The location was excellent.
Initial greeting of “name, here is you key, how are you paying card or cash”, disappeared!
Bedroom curtains needed re hanging and we were told “there’s a knack regarding use”
Shower very difficult to control.
No toiletries in shower or tissues.

"Small hotel with a great quiet location overlooking The Pavillion Gardens, but only a short walk to restaurants. Large warm room with a comfortable bed and lake view. Excellent breakfast."
