The staff was helpful and very friendly.
Very loud noise, morning and evening. Food was often too oily, causing stomach issues.

We had a very pleasant stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu, and this was our second time staying here.
I would like to express a very special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Karawia. His professionalism, kindness and genuine care truly made a difference during our stay. He always took the time to ask if everything was alright and made sure that we felt comfortable.
It is rare to come across someone who puts so much sincerity into what they do. Mohamed went beyond simply doing his job .People like him are a real asset to a hotel, and Aqua Blu is very lucky to have him.
I would also like to sincerely thank the entire housekeeping team, and especially their manager, ( room 5417)for their hard work every day. They work incredibly hard to keep the rooms clean and comfortable, and they always took the time to check that everything was okay. Their efforts are truly appreciated.
Highly recommend this hotel !

Energetic vibes all day, really good for families and kids.

The staff was extremely helpful, working shifts of 14-16 hours daily! They try their best, at the restaurants, at the beach and for sure the cleaning staff.
Smell of sewage water in the bathroom for many days. The cleaning staff did everything possible to get rid of it, but the smell kept coming back from time to time (not the mistake of the cleaning staff at all). Facilities are old: the pools for e.g. are rusty, some broken items in the bathroom. The beach was crowded and not much space there to enjoy it.
