The hotel itself is very great. Friendly staff eager to help, Good parking space and if you leave the hotel at walking distance you find different restaurant and hangout spaces...walk a little further you will find the ferry that can drive you to Punda at no cost.

The localization, very beautiful .
The check-in service was terrible. I waited half an hour in line and my room was not ready.
There is no proper structure for breakfast. They prioritize people arriving from the cruise ships, and if you are a hotel guest you have to wait in line just to get a seat. And on top of that, they still charge a service fee.
Very disappointing experience.
