The breakfast was one of the best we have had. It was fresh and hot! Who knew you can get hot baked beans!! Staff were excellent. We had my MIL 80th meal in here and the staff couldn't be more attentive
WiFi was a bit hit and miss

Very dog friendly and good sized room/bathroom.
Paint work and decor a bit tired around the windows and there was a hole in the wall. Although most of the room was clean it was dusty in corners and beside the bed. It was incredibly hot in the bathroom - no ventilation and hard to have bedroom windows open because of the noise from the garden area until closing time.
