The layout of the facility with beautiful views of the Tuscan hills is great - the place itself has all the amenities and the onsite restaurant is wonderful!

The room was gorgeous as the panoramic window offered great views. Bed was comfortable. I liked the garden to rest in the sun and the pool. There were a lot of space on the property to sit alone and enjoy the moments. There was also great storage room for our road bikes with all necessary equipment.
Both of receptionist were nice and helpful.
Sun beds were used to much and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not as expected, offer was a bit poor and not worth the money. Service at the restaurant wasn’t good so we ate there just once and decided to eat elsewhere.

The venue was excellent. Like stellar otherworldly small Tuscan village. The ammenities were great, services were vast. Also the restaurant was fabulous.
Just some small things. The shower leaked through the glass wall which wet the floor towels through (room 22). Laundry service takes 24 hours which wasn’t workable on our schedule. Rooms above are a bit audible.

The room came with great views, nice space. Breakfast spread was good.
The restaurant. we had dinner there. Nobody came to serve us though they were standing around. we noticed the staff paying attention to the other diners but not us. We never got the bread, the wine we ordered never came, and I had to end up cancelling it. I hope it was a one-off incident.
