We had a wonderful stay at Golden Legend Boutique Hotel! The service was truly exceptional, and the location was perfect, with easy access to Hanoi’s popular tourist spots.
What made our stay even more special was the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and hospitable, always making us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
They even prepared packed breakfast and fresh fruits for us when we checked out, 'cause our flight was early.
A special shout-out to Roger and Shawn at the reception for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. You both made our experience even more memorable! ❤️
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Hanoi. If you’re planning a trip to Hanoi, we highly recommend this hotel. Excellent service, a great location, and genuinely wonderful people. We would definitely love to stay here again! 😊

The team is so helpful and nice! All of them are great. Location is perfect in old town. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.
Nothing special to criticise

The property is beautiful super cute, top location and above standard staff. Stand out was Roger and Shaun. This is why I score very high.
Major construction across the road and doesnt stop till midnight was hard to enjoy fully. Rooms are beautiful but small.

Pros
1. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom was great.
2. Nice location on an alleyway. It was nice not being on a main road.
Cons
1. The AC does not get very cold. I would constantly sweat at night.
2. The charge 5% fee for using a credit card. I stayed in Vietnam for 2.5 weeks and they were the only hotel that charged this fee. They also tried to tell me initially that they only took cash, which I told them I didn’t have sufficient and that they should have publicized that on the site and I would have booked elsewhere. They then stated they accepted card payment but that they would charge me a 5% fee.
