Heath Cottage Hotel

Value for money location for our visit

No staff at all notes all over how to enter and find your room we were 20 minutes figuring out to get into our rooms some instruction doors did not open had to rely on a guest telling us how to get in no reception or staff on the premises dark and quite distressing standing outside

Location

A bit rundown

Was clean and tidy, nice and peaceful and we will be staying again when we’re back over again 😀

I found staff helpful when In contact with them, but the lack of a permanent presence is an inconvenience. I would have no reservations in booking further stays at Heath Cottage. The staff I engaged were very polite and helpful. Internal work was being carried out on the Entrance Porch and Ground Floor Hallway whilst I was there which I'm sure will enhance the hotel's first impressions. I was informed that the hotel will soon be returning to serving food again, after ceasing this before coming under new ownership, which will be a very positive return to the hotel's future. Kind regards Donald MacIver

I had no specific complaints relating to my stay, but the comments I stated above will only be positives for Heath Cottage.
