Superb Breakfast and Booked a Club Room which was 'the icing on the cake' great value and fantastic services and facilities. Attentive service from arrival and all what you expect and more from a 5* Hotel
Nothing except I wasn't there long enough!

- Cleaning on a daily basis should be the basics.
not only our room was not clean for 3 days of our stay, when we reminded to do so.
they only came to change the towels, the empty bottles and the bin were not emptied, new water not replenish and floor not even lightly hoover.
- This is not the most welcoming considering Renaissance is a well known brand.
