Location is excellent for walking around palma nova and magaluf
Explaining about exchanging towels could be done via the emails I had with the hotel rather than a A4 laminated paper on the back of the door

The apartments are close to the beach and the main street so it was perfect.
Our first impressions walking in the gates were like we walked into an underground car park we thought we were lost.. as it didnt look like a place we could stay until we saw the name of the place, the reception area was basically a room with a door in it very dinghy looking not appealing looking for first impressions I was nervous what state thr rooms would be in. But they were only ok they were clean.
