Very nice and professional staff
Nice and clean rooms, big tv, quiet during the night.
For pilgrims: Location is a bit off the camino, 0.7 miles according to booking, however, going back to the camino you can cut through zizur mayor and regain the path at a point approx same distance as from zizur menor. Also there is an eroski supermarket and bakery in a short walking distance for provisioning. The bakery opens early in case you want to hit the trail early as well.
Very good value for the money, definitively beats some of the on trail hotels. Would book again.

The breakfast was excellent.
The rooms were also excellent.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, quick to assist.
The hotel is some way from the centre, which meant we didn't really explore Pamplona as much as we had thought we might.
The restaurant menu was a bit limited and the food was ok, but not great.

Modern and clean rooms. Good perks as the mini fridge in the room and the chocolate at arrivals.
Do not have kettle or coffee/tea in the rooms
