The location and the amenities
Although it has easy access to all the places, it’s a very crowded neighborhood.

Central location.
Hotel in need of renovation. The coat hanger fell off the wall. We were disappointed that the gym had been sold. They gave us a free token for another gym but it was closed. They also got rid of the wellness facilities so we were very disappointed.
