Great location. Room small but that what's expected in Paris. Overall good experience with this hotel.

The staff was really helpful. The hotel offers good value for money. It is spotless, and the room service is exceptional. The location is away from the major attractions and relatively quieter than the touristy areas but well-connected by metro, which is a 10- to 15-minute walk away. I forgot the name of the receptionist, but he was very kind to get us water, even at late hours.
Nothing as such but didn't try their breakfast.

Nothing. It was all good.

Staff were super friendly and multilingual, always working to tidy up or bring more breakfast items out. Room clean, option to have it made up every day if you choose. Comfy beds.
There was an issue with the hot water; for my 3 day stay we weren't able to have warm shower one day, and other days it was tepid only.
Ensuite was very snug, if you are taller than 5'8 you wont be able to bend over in the shower or at the sink with the door closed
