Breakfast has a vast array of Asian selections, but can get very busy. Staff - and robots - work hard to clear the tables and keep everything available and clean.
Maybe a greater selection of fruits and western options at breakfast.
Also, due to the Indonesian fires causing havoc with the Singapore air quality the week we stayed I tried to cancel the full booking. Shangri-La refused. Which is disappointing given the fact I outlined clearly that my young children would suffer with the poor air quality. Else I'd give the hotel a 10.

Location, typical Shangri La at reception which is nice, open and grand. Booked a massage which was nice.
My room in the valley wing smelt damp, the spa facilities were not good, we could only use the steam room. Everything else was out or order and the plunge pool looked old and had yellow sides/dirty.
