I love the area, I’ve stayed here 3 times before
I was told I hadn’t booked breakfast for us, I explained I had and eventually the man at reception said it was all sorted, however it wasn’t and I was told we had to pay when we arrived for breakfast, I contact reception again and they agreed that the man on reception the night before lied to me, this kind of wasted the stay in the hotel

It was not a good idea to charge for coffee capsuls, no tea maker at the room, dome guests may not be interested in coffee. There were no culinary or corkscrew in the room, the guest had to go down to the bar in lobby to get it. The guest had to pay for parking. There were no iron in the room.

Property is very spacious, the bed was extra king size bed and it was great.
We had put the door tag to clean the room at 10am and we came back at around 9pm in the evening and the room was not cleaned. We were very furious. One of the reason to book a hotel (over Airbnb) is to have cleaning facility. Especially for someone with small kids, we mainly go on vacation to get away from house chores. Also the staff was not very warm. Had multiple instances. For example - At the time of the checkin - I said, Hi how are you, we are checking into the hotel. Response from staff - OKAYYY, GIVE ME THE PASSPORTS. The facilities were mediocre, there was no kettle as well for such a premium price. Lighting of the room was horrible as well, dark and depressing.
