Very spacious room and comfy. Great view. Big bathroom. Spa and wellness area super clean and mot too crowded.
Not something particular but would have been nice to enjoy the fireplace outside:)

The rooms were clean, staff really friendly, food was delicious. Genuinely 10/10.
Recommend beef broth as a starter, the beef loin as a main, and literally any of the dessert options. We tried the strawberry tiramisu, gibanica & white chocolate with caramel. The latter was our fave but all of them were delightful.
The spa was beautiful but note, if you are English you do have to adhere to the dress code in the sauna (no swimwear as standard in Europe, important to stay respectful to this request!). We had no issue with this and had an amazing time, including relax massages which were great.
All really great - one small thing - I would loved the outdoor fire to still be on. It was warm enough early October to have the evening outside by the fire.

It is unique property with excellent wooden designs
The price of rooms were highly inflated because no good hotels around the area

The alpinian design of the hotel. The Spa .the staff very helpful
The restaurant food was good but not great. The steak meat was .not chewable. The trout fish was not tasty
The room not supplied with coffee Nespresso machine but with tastless coffee sachets and milk powder!
