Overall excellent family holiday. Accommodation outside expectations, amazing value for money. We had a newly refurbished apartment thay still kept some of its charm. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean and not over packed.
It would have been good for kids club to be open during October half term for an alternative from the pool. That said, children still had a fabulous holiday.

Was really impressed with the apartment we stayed in. It was right beside the pool. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and tasty.

Great place to stay with children, not far from the town (walking distance), food lovely in the restaurant, mini-golf for boys was great, mini-market stocked well, central to waterparks(slide & splash and Aquashow), used Uber to get everywhere - so cheap and easy to use. Highly recommend.
Nothing.

there is 2 places to eat and 1 to buy any essentials like water or toiletries in the mini market
looks beautiful place with plenty of pools and activity areas
very good location not far from everywhere else by car
staff don't seem to know what they are doing and don't know how to consider guests with kids, i.e. they wont warn you about how inaccessible your room may be by walk or alert you to the fact that you can get a free taxi paid by them to your room!
rooms are now very dated although they are clean
