The location easy to get too, beautiful surroundings, very clean, tidy, big spacious comfortable rooms, nice and quiet.
Staff so welcoming and friendly, and polite.
Facilities and food very well presented and plenty, nice hot food.
Only think I did not like, was the swimming pool not deep very shallow for adults who like a good swim.

Well placed for NCC, good food
Property fine but dressing gowns from previous occupancy left in heap on floor and dirty coffee mug outside door

The room was clean and very comfortable. I ordered Room Service and it didn’t take long to arrive.

Spa was good, a little old but all in good working order.
The food was awful. We booked dinner b&b to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were expecting the 3 course set menu. Instead we only had the option of a carvery or £25 per person from the bar menu. The carvery was shockingly bad, overcooked and lukewarm warm at best. Staff were good at dealing with this and offered us the bar menu as a substitution and were very accommodating. Not a 4* hotel dining experience!
