Amazing! Friendly and informative staff.
Buffet breakfast was such great value for money. Food was fresh and delicious with so much variety. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Beautiful executive-feeling hotel with a gorgeous atrium. Breakfast was an extremely generous buffet that completely blew our expectations out of the water - and included a pancake machine that mesmerised us. Staff were excellent and the room absolutely beautiful with everything we'd want from a hotel room and more.
The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, particularly in terms of the rather undersupportive pillows, though I acknowledge this is a matter of preference. The fifty pound deposit was a little sharp but ultimately didn't colour stay.

The staff were truly wonderful. Always a smile, always extremely helpful. When the server at breakfast offered to get me another coffee and the housekeeper called the lift for me as she walked past, I knew I wanted to say something. Neither kindnesses were asked for. The food was very nice too.

The Hotel was great no doubt
They charge you £50 extra for potential damage of the room, at check out no one checks the room to make sure all ok and the receptionist informed you that a £45 will be refunded to you not £50 as £5 is for parking. On the advertised price said Free parking which is bot really free as they take your money from the so called damage protection charge. More upsetting is the fact that they don't have the decency to tell you about the parking charges at the checkin time.
