Staff are welcoming and attentive.
Whole hotel is clean and room was comfortable. I wish i could purchase the pillows they were so comfortable to sleep with.
Location is great, lovely views over the water, and great link into mcr towncentre using the metro.
Lots of choice for breakfast so i am glad we prebooked this.
We had a lovely stay and will definetly book again.
There was nothing i did not like.

Clean and great location for surrounding ponies if interest. Fridge in room which was great to store personal snacks and drinks.
Just the price which is a bit expensive as no breakfast included in price paid. Whilst it was available at an extra cost per person that would have increased spend by an extra £30 +

The property was in a good location
We have stayed here 3 times but on this occasion our little dog wasn’t aloud in the bar area , now she was sitting on my lap well behaved and there weee young children running around the bar area I didn’t see them being told to leave. Now hotels need to learn that dogs are in most cases better behaved than kids so maybe you need to review your rules as we just had drinks at another hotel instead
