The hotel is really clean, the rooms are specious, the aircon was ice cold in our room and the staff are honestly exceptional. When I read reviews previously that kept saying "shout out to this member of staff" ect I honestly felt like it was being pushed by the hotel but in truth the staff make the hotel. We was treated like royalty, from first check in we was greeted with a smile and a great attitude, they got us into our room early (about 12.30pm when check in is officially at 2pm) they brought our cases to our room and left a very good first impression. The bar staff where exceptional, every single one greeted us with a smile and was very friendly, we spent most of our time down at the bottom pool nearest the beach and the barman there would litterally bring us our drinks with out us even asking, he would peek over, see our glasses where getting empty and bring fresh ones, ive never been waited on in such a manner and the service was exceptional. The people at the towel hut would come out every day, find us a bed, lay our towels down for us and bring us a table and a parasol we bearly lifted a finger our whole stay. The beach bar is great and they serve fresh burgers and pizza every day along with chips and other easy eating options and we always managed to find a bed on the private beach. All drinks are included at the beach bar too. There is a shuttle bus that runs you down to the beach literally every 10 minutes and honestly the walk isnt even that far prob 7 minutes but the shuttle was great when carrying bags and floatys ect. The reception rang our room to check everything was ok a couple of days in and reminded us too book in with one of the 4 on-site specialist restaurants which we did. we booked into the Egyptian night and the chinesse restaurant, there was also an Italian and a Mexican which we didnt have time to try but the food we did have was exemptional.
honestly its really good value for money, there is a few minor tweaks that could be done but no resort is absolutely perfect, they give 110% with what they have so i can't really find a big fault for what I didnt like.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The accommodation was excellent, the food was absolutely delicious, and all the facilities and services were comfortable and well-organized. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and everything was maintained with great attention to detail. I would especially like to thank the reception team, Mr. Ahmed Salah, Mr. Amr, and Mr. Ahmed, for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. A special thanks as well to the restaurant manager, Mr. Hamada, for his great service and attention to guests. Everyone made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable.
Honestly, I had no significant complaints. Everything was very comfortable and well managed.

The hotel is close to the airport, which allows you to have a rest while waiting over 12 hours for a next flight.
I had a night flight and wanted to have a rest before but loud music was played until 11 p.m. just outside my windows.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, the pool was nice with big green spaces.
We arrived at 1am and didn’t get into our room until almost 2am. There was no help finding our room, which was a long walk from the reception and not well signposted. When we arrived the bedsheet was stained. Breakfast wasn’t the best and certain items (eggs, pancakes) were served in a different place far from the rest of the buffet. The gym did not have A/C and the equipment was really old and difficult to use.
