The location was near the oktoberfest grounds. We walked everywhere. The subway was close. We didn't use it but it was available. The train station was right down the block which was convenient because we took the train to Italy. the car rental was just outside the train station too. I loved the coffee machine near the front door. Used it a lot because I was jet lagging. the breakfast was very good. the staff was exceptional especially the French lady at the front desk. i'd stay there again if I ever return to Munich. I'm an American. There were lots of Americans. In the hotel. At Oktoberfest. I was surprised.
There wasn't a cover sheet on the bed. Only a comforter. One for me. One for my wife. I sleep hot so prefer just the sheet. I got hot. I threw off the comforter. I got cold. It was a bit pricey but it was Oktoberfest. It was loud with the windows open. There were lots of loud intoxicated young people walking by the hotel. but it was Oktoberfest.

Friendly and welcoming reception team. Easy check and check out. Nice hotel, central location near to the main train station. 25 minute walk from the old town. Comfortable and clean room that had everything we needed.
Construction work opposite the hotel. Woke me up early on Saturday morning. But this is not really the hotel’s fault.

This is a newer building, with all the modern amenities you'd expect. Our suite was a very comfortable size for the 5 nights we stayed there, as was the bathroom. Our room faced away from the streets, so was very quiet. Nice to have an elevator, to help with the bags. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and efficient. Breakfast was the standard offerings for this part of the world, but a wide selection. fresh and tasty. On-site parking (paid) was a real plus.
The location is about 22minutes walk from the old part of Munich, so it's a bit far. But there are 2 subway lines just around the corner, that get you there in 4 minutes! The hotel is also only about 6 minutes walk from the big amusement park where Octoberfest is held.
The bar is small, with very limited offerings.

Everything was clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! Everything you could think of. The hotel was very close to the train station and a short walk to the Oktoberfest. We had a great stay!!
