The whole atmosphere was restful, quiet (except the spa area where there was a little more noise than I like in a spa), super beautiful environment, friendly staff.
The noise in the spa - also during the night hours which was promoted as a quiet time in the spa. Some people, i guess, were not able to read the signs "enjoy quiet time" either in English or Estonian. The beds were too soft.

The showers are a bit dated

The room was comfortable, pleasant and quiet, and the spa met our expectations. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient, and everything at the reception was handled smoothly and quickly.
There was not much to complain about regarding the hotel itself. One small thing we noticed was that the housekeeping staff did not greet us when passing in the corridor. It is a minor detail, but a friendly “hello” would have made the experience feel a little warmer. We were also quite disappointed with the experience at the hotel’s restaurant Liiv. We had booked a table in advance and mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, but were seated on a sofa directly by the bar and entrance, with very little privacy. The food was good and the service was okay, but the overall atmosphere and some aspects of the staff’s professionalism did not meet our expectations for a special occasion.

The hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature and close to the sea. The room was clean, and the unlimited access to the spa throughout the stay was a big advantage. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a short getaway.
The room lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator, kettle, or coffee machine. The shower cabin was quite small. The air conditioning was very strong and difficult to adjust comfortably.
The room door did not close properly and had to be pushed very hard until it clicked. Installing a self-closing mechanism or magnetic door catch would improve this.
During the summer, the children’s playground was closed, leaving very few activities for families with children on the hotel grounds.
