The pool was clean and some staff was excellent! Dorska of the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Thankyou
No map, very hard to find your way to the different amenities also never did know where the evening entertainment was held.

The hotel has exceeded expectations! Very cool location, delicious food, beautiful hotel area. The beach is rocky, but swimming slippers solve this problem. The town of Supetar is quiet and pleasant.
I asked not to clean the room on Saturday, there is no cleaning on Sunday, they warned about this. And on Monday they forgot about us) But it`s nothing and an overlap of circumstances, as for me.

We liked the location
We didn’t like that we had to pay extra to use two of the pools and that half the advertised site was closed as it’s being rebuilt as a TUI hotel or already is a different TUI hotel.
Our bedroom smelled and had dirty sheets. There was only one pillow which was old and flat. The bed was short, not a full length bed. The towels were thin and tiny. We weren’t even left a bottle of water or tea/coffee items in the room. Even though we were self catering the cleaners let themselves into our room on both mornings of our two night stay, yet nothing was cleaned so we are really unsure what they were doing.
