We really loved staying at this property and highly recommended and would eagerly stay again! The building itself is historical and has many comfortable common areas. The upstairs restaurant Café area where we had breakfast has great pocket views of the city and the Boss for us straight. The breakfast itself was extravagant and wonderful with custom and a very high level of service. The rooms were large given that they are suites and extremely comfortable and well appointed. All of the team members were extremely responsive, and the service was excellent. Also, the neighborhood is really enjoyable with lots of things to see a short walking distance away.
The temperature control system is rather centralized, which is common in many parts of Europe. This wasn’t a problem for us once we were able to open our windows. It is just something to keep in mind but not a negative. In addition, the property is right across the street from a school. This means that sometimes there may be noise in the morning. It didn’t bother us at all with the earplugs and frankly we like having the kids around. Again, we would happily stay here again! It was great.
