The room was clean. The property was located in the center of Puerto de la Cruz
In the description of the room it was mentioned it has 28 m2 but it had less than 20 m2. We discussed about it with the staff and after two days the room was changed (with the one we actually booked).
Very few options to eat for breakfast in the first day. I shared my feedback regarding to this and they remediate the issue the next morning. They added more items to chose from.
Small balcony (1.5m2 and 2 m2 in the second room)

Great location, friendly staff. Basic breakfast. Nice for 2-3 days,. Good facilities. It was warm, there is a fan. I had no balcony (wasn't included in my room). The price it was OK. I really liked the large TV.
The room is small, I wouldn't reccommend more than a few days as solo person.
