This is not my first stay here and as I become more familiar with the place that more I enjoy it! The location is great, being a very short walk from Hakodate station. The beds are comofortable and the facilities are great. The free food and refreshments in the lounge are also a wonderful addition.
There aren't really many negatives about the place. It was an enjoyable stay and I look forward to staying there again. The only potential negative is that the male dormitorium is on the 7th floor so it is necessary to take the elevator up and down and the stairs are unavailable. But this is not a big problem as the elevator is usually very fast and available.

This was a great stay that made me hope I had more time here! The capsules are comfortable and had a TV screen, radio, and alarm clock which were a great and fun addition. The location is great being very close to the train station, overall a wonderful stay.
My stay was short, but there weren't really any obvious downsides to the stay. The only think to potentiall nitpick is that the room can sound a little loud but nothing that his too much of a bother with ear plugs.
