The hotel is family run and all the staff was very friendly and always available. Location is a short 20min walk from the centre and away from the business but close enough. Bed was super comfortable and towels clean. It felt like living with a local family as it seemed very authentic. Airport pick up was arranged before hand and made easy. More than enough for a couple of days. The room had central heating which I didnt use but had a fully functioning AC.
The room was not sparkly clean but it had everything you needed. It is an old accommodation unless all accommodation is like this in Macedonia. Not super strong wifi in the room but good enough to work with.

The staff was incredible friendly and warm, the rooms are nice and big, with new and clean furniture. The terrace of my room was perfect, I loved my stay here.
I liked everything.

We loved the vibe of the hotel, it's very cute and staff is friendly and helpful anytime we needed something. It felt very homely, not like a hotel. The breakfast was amazing, really worth the money.
The drains smelled a bit, but I understand there are often problem with water infrastructure in eastern Europe, so it added to the local experience.

Located in a quiet area of the city, the place was quiet and the room was spacious and had some decent channels on tv. Beds were comfortable as well and staff were helpful. Has some bars nearby for dining and such.
The sanitary conditions were a concern. In my room it had a faint smell coming from the bathroom which was unpleasant and the bathroom also had signs of cracked walls in it and hence needed repairing. Also quite far from the city centre about 30 minutes walk. Place could also do with a refurbishment building looked old and had no elevator which made walking up stars with luggage tough. They also charged for breakfast so I had to miss out
