Ratings and reviews

Location - great location close to the Gurdwaras and museums.
Food - nice breakfast.
Shared living area - comfortable relaxation area.
Cleanliness - only superficial cleanliness. The wardrobes were poorly cleaned and the sheets/towels were grey.
Water pressure - extremely poor. The shower was a trickle and the hot water was inconsistent.
The hotel adds 3% to the bill if paying by credit card. This was not explained in T&C.

The location was perfect and staff were very friendly. We ordered food on one night and that was good.
We had joining rooms and one rooms bathroom did not have hot water. We shared the other bathroom.
