ace location and a pad if your spending a few days or a week exploring Portugal hundred percent, recommend using this as a base. also the company that owns the property has a great baggage storage option if you’re arriving before check-in and need somewhere to store your bags post

it was cleaned when we checked in and the cleaner came as we were checking in not a big issue.

GREAT SPOT, GREAT APARTMENT but LACKS air conditioning in the summer.

Great location. Outstanding layout and size. HUGE apartment. I loved the apartment.

NO AIR CONDITIONING. VERY unconfortable in terms of temperature because its a ground floor apartment, if you open the windows its a jump away from someone coming in. You can open it all, of course..but, you can't sleep with it open. Not only you have to open half a dozen windows to get some air flowing, it does not cool down. Its ground floor. Its an AMAZING apartment, but it needs a simple A/C by the bedroom. 1 in the entire apartment would do it cause its an open space.

Great apartment for a short stay in the heart of Lisbon

+ Very spacious, stylish and bright flat. + Perfect location, quiet but still in the city center, next to many coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Tram 28 stop is just outside the accommodation. + Easy to get to and from the airport - only €8-13 by taxi (the offered transfer is double this price!). + Friendly staff at the pickup location, I got an email with all the instructions and recommendations - saves paper. + Very swift customer service, always replied to my messages on Watsapp within minutes. + Didn't expect the entrance to be from the top floor, but quite a nice layout, with lots of room for storage. + Big windows. + Comfy bed and sofa.

- Had to pick up keys from another location, it's 15 minutes away but up the steep hill. Can be problematic if you have luggage and use public transport or just walk. - Some outlets didn't work. - You can't obviously leave the windows open when you're away, as the flat is almost on the ground floor, can get a bit stuffy. - Some lamps were broken (big spherical lamp above the sofa), not very aesthetically pleasing. - We stayed for 6 days and toilet paper with shower gel was provided only for 2 days, and after you have to sort it yourself. - Same with the towels and bed linen, they couldn't be changed during your stay, unless you order the cleaning service for additional €40. - The shower glass is quite short, so it can get pretty wet in the bathroom. - Flat is located in a restricted area, taxis can't stop outside the door, so you have to go down the hill to the main street. - Before the actual check-in, you have to fill in your pre-check-in with your name and passport information. The property sends you a reminder via messages on booking, but the link is only clickable through the email. - They keep offering their super expensive transfer, while Uber or Bolt taxis would be less than double the price.

Sijainti todella hyvä! Rauhallinen, mutta lähellä kaikkea. Toki liikenne hieman kuuluu, mutta pääosin todella rauhallista. Siisti asunto, vähän wc katossa kosteus vaurioita, mutta ei haitannut.

Se, että jouduttiin kinaamaan henkilökunnan kanssa ylimääräisen peiton saamisesta. Pärjättiin kyllä, mutta ystävällisesti pyydettiin ylimääräistä, kun meitä oli kolme, niin kinaavat vastaan, että kato kaapista. Kaikki etsittiin, mutta ei löytynyt ja silti jatkavat kinaamista, että kyllä siellä on ylimääräinen, mutta ei ollut. Joka tapauksessa muuten kaikki hyvin ja menisin toistekin.
